*PLEASE REGISTER YOUR NEW ROD!
Smoke Creek Fishing rods are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects or failure. Any manufacturer defects, or defects caused from craftsmanship, will be replaced as soon as possible at no cost to the customer, excluding shipping. Customer may be asked to provide pictures, and in some cases there may be a need for the broken rod to be mailed in to further examine the cause of damage. This warranty is only applicable to the original owner, within one year of purchase and registration. Rods must be registered within the first 30 days of purchase Registration can be done by using the link provided below. Smoke Creek Fishing does reserve the right to refuse warranty of rod if the rod is determined to be broken outside of manufacturer and/or craftsmanship defects by our experts. Rods that are determined to be broken by abuse or neglect will be contacted in an effort to find a reasonable solution.
*Warranty does not include guides, tips, reel seats and grips.
*Warranty also does not include accidents, abuse, neglect, and/or normal wear and tear.
Registered rods that are broken beyond the warranty deadline are also covered under the limited lifetime warranty. The rods are built to be sensitive, durable, and meant to be fished hard. Over time the amount of stress a rod can absorb will decline just as anything else. We want our rod owners to fish hard and use the full limitations of the rod. In doing so, we want to reward our loyal customers with a warranty that will allow us to replace those worn out damaged rods at a discounted price of $74.99 (plus shipping). The damaged rod will need to be shipped back to us along with a copy of the original invoice. Rods must be registered within 30 days of purchase and be the original owner of the rod.
Rods that are not registered within the first 30 days of purchase will be assessed an additional fee of $30 to process your claim.
